Not a happy birthday

Excerpt from the article;

I am not implying that this is the case with every birth, but I know from personal experience how incredibly damaging and painful (physically & emotionally) something like this is. The women who experience these types of things need us to acknowledge their pain and give them our support as they seek healing.

Here is a website of an online community specifically for women who have had traumatic birth experiences and need a safe place to share their pain with other women who have been there and understand what they are going through.
